CLIENT: THREE SIXTY SIX - MEN’S & WOMEN’S GOLF ACTIVEWEAR

With expertise spanning women's and men's fashion, Rene was a seasoned apparel design leader specializing in private-label brand development. As the head of design for Three Sixty Six, an Amazon brand, Rene managed the design team and oversaw the development of women's and men's apparel collections across all categories.

With a strategic and hands-on approach, Rene led the end-to-end product development process—from trend-driven concept creation to final production—ensuring technical precision and cost efficiency. Their expertise in fabric development and performance innovation helped enhance the brand’s activewear collections with moisture-wicking, temperature-regulating, and odor-control technologies.

Rene also played a key role in print development for the brand’s core polo, ensuring innovative and high-quality print applications that aligned with brand aesthetics and performance needs. They meticulously managed overseas factory communication, overseeing fabric, trim, print, and sample approvals while maintaining rigorous quality control standards. Additionally, Rene prepared comprehensive tech packs for factories, including technical sketches, bill of materials, artwork, main and care labels, and measurement specifications to ensure consistency and production accuracy.

Their commitment to sustainable fabric innovation, integrating Repreve® recycled polyester, Tencel™ fibers, and Econyl® regenerated nylon, reflected a forward-thinking approach to eco-conscious activewear development. By blending technical expertise with a detail-oriented design process, Rene fostered a creative and efficient product development environment that drove brand growth and consumer engagement.
